Optical Filters
KLA Instruments optical filters are used to flatten spectral response for improved measurement precision and to remove short-wavelength light that may damage light-sensitive films. These thin film optical filters are tailor-made to operate with most of our thin film measurement tools for filtering transmittance. FILTER-FLAT+ND0.5, FILTER-FLAT+ND1, and FILTER-FLAT+ND2 are single flattening filters that improve VIS spectral uniformity and reduce transmittance by 30%, 90%, and 99%, respectively. FILTER-HighPass420, FILTER-HighPass515, FILTER-HighPass520+ND1, FILTER-HighPass520+ND2, and FILTER-HighPass550+ND1 are high-pass filters that block light below 420nm, 515nm, 520nm, and 550nm, respectively.
